Teri Doscher is a New York State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and real estate consultant with over 19 years of industry experience in sales, valuations and analysis. Her clients include banks, appraisal management firms, private equity firms, credit unions, attorneys and residential property owners.

Ms. Doscher was formerly employed by an international software development company and a Fortune 500 firm to locate and procure real estate in order to implement their expansion throughout the U.S and abroad. In 2004 Ms. Doscher founded Teri Doscher Appraisals, a New York State corporation which serves clients in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties.

Ms. Doscher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Systems from the State University of New York. Her professional affiliations include the Long Island Board of Realtors in Nassau, Queens and Suffolk Counties; the Organization of Real Estate Professionals, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Development as a Certified Appraiser for the Federal Housing Administration.
